Rob did a great dinner of British classics with a modern twist for forty of our regulars. The evening was brilliant and the feedback on the food was excellent. We will definitely be using his services again in the future.

A great lesson on breaking down a lamb carcass which I bought from a small-holder. Rob was good at explaining exactly what to do and showing me how to use all the different cuts of meat. A really enjoyable and informative couple of hours.
