My name is Rob Stewart and I have worked in the Catering and Hospitality industry for 15 years. In that time I have gained a wealth of cooking experience from all over the world. I am now based in the North East of England and for the last couple of years have focused on the teaching and training of future chefs as well as the enthusiastic home cook. I am a fully qualified chef, teacher and have been CRB checked, copies of all certificates can be provided on request.
I offer a completely bespoke service in your own home, using your equipment and facilities. That way, anything we do during the lessons can be re-created without the added expense of purchasing new gadgets or utensils that you would not normally have. I love cooking, I love teaching and I hope that I can help you to develop your skills in the kitchen.
